Metallic Floors
Our premium interior finish. Metallic systems flow into marble, storm, and wave patterns that make every floor a one of a kind piece, for garages, showrooms, bars, and any interior space that deserves better than ordinary.
Metallic floors are a different product from our flake systems, and a different experience. Metallic pigments are worked into the coating while it is live, and the material moves and flows as it cures, creating depth, movement, and patterns that cannot be repeated twice. Marble, brushed storm clouds, deep water. Every floor is the only one like it in existence.
This is our premium line. It is priced above flake systems, it is installed on interior spaces where its finish stays showroom quality, and it is the right answer for statement garages, man caves, showrooms, offices, salons, bars, and restaurants. We have installed metallic floors in residential garages and full commercial venues across the corridor, and it is the single most photographed thing we do.
Pricing: Metallic is our premium system and is quoted per project based on square footage and design. If you want the floor everyone asks about, this is it.

Which System Goes Down
We install three one day flake systems for metallic floors. One uses a 100 percent solids epoxy basecoat, one uses polyurea, one uses polyaspartic. All three take the same vinyl flake broadcast, all three are sealed under the same polyaspartic topcoat, and all three finish at over fifty mils. Their published test numbers are identical: same adhesion, same tensile strength, same abrasion resistance, same gloss retention under accelerated UV.
Metallic is an epoxy system by design. The pigment needs a clear, high build resin to suspend in, and a polyaspartic clear goes over the top like everything else we install.
The price is the same whichever one your floor calls for, so the choice is a technical one rather than a budget one. See the full system comparison, or read why we test your slab first.
Metallic Floors FAQ
How is metallic different from flake?
Flake floors are a textured broadcast finish built for all around durability inside and out. Metallic floors are a smooth, high gloss decorative finish where pigments flow into unrepeatable patterns. Flake is the workhorse. Metallic is the showpiece.
Can I choose the colors and pattern?
Colors yes, exact pattern no, and that is the point. You select the palette and we control the technique, but the material itself creates the final pattern as it moves. You will see similar floors as examples, and yours will still be one of one.
Where can metallic floors be installed?
Interior spaces: garages, showrooms, offices, bars, restaurants, salons, and man caves. For exterior slabs like driveways and pool decks, our flake systems are the right tool.
How much does a metallic floor cost?
Metallic floors are a premium over flake because the pour and topcoat take more material and more time, so we price them by free written quote. Most land moderately above the $5 to $7 per square foot flake range. You approve the price in writing before work starts.
Is a metallic floor as durable as flake?
Yes. It is the same chemistry: a basecoat matched to your slab, the metallic layer, and the same UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat with over 400 PSI adhesion. Interior metallic floors carry the same 17-year written warranty as our flake systems.
