Commercial floors are bought on three numbers: downtime, durability, and slip rating. Our fast cure systems return most spaces to service in 24 to 48 hours instead of the week that traditional systems demand, and the finished floor takes forklift traffic, chemical exposure, and daily cleaning without complaint.

For the corridor businesses we serve, from Flagler County shops to St. Augustine hospitality, the local angle matters in a different way than it does for homeowners: when a floor issue comes up, the company that installed it is minutes away, not dispatching from another metro.

We install three one day flake systems for commercial and industrial floors. One uses a 100 percent solids epoxy basecoat, one uses polyurea, one uses polyaspartic. All three take the same vinyl flake broadcast, all three are sealed under the same polyaspartic topcoat, and all three finish at over fifty mils. Their published test numbers are identical: same adhesion, same tensile strength, same abrasion resistance, same gloss retention under accelerated UV.

Commercial slabs usually want the thickest build we offer, which is the sixteen mil epoxy basecoat. It also tolerates the most moisture vapor and bonds over sound existing epoxy, which matters in a building you cannot shut down for a full tear off.
